Notifcentral subscribes to Amazon's order update notification and pushes new sales and buyer-requested cancellations to your phone within about a minute. Alerts can be filtered by SKU, by fulfilment channel (FBA or FBM), and by a minimum item count, so high-volume sellers only get alerts for the orders they care about.

What it costs to find out late
A cancellation spike is an early warning.
Several buyer cancellations in a short period can point to a listing or pricing problem: a mispriced variation, a stock discrepancy, or a delivery estimate that slipped. If you see them as they happen, you can fix the problem the same day instead of finding it in the settlement.
Order alerts show whether other problems are costing sales.
A Buy Box loss matters more when you can see orders stop at the same time. With sales and losses in one feed, you can tell a slow day from a broken listing.
What to do when it fires
Set a minimum item count
If you do not want an alert for every single-unit sale, set a minimum item count. The setting is in the app under Filter rules.
Filter by fulfilment channel
You can get alerts for FBA orders, FBM orders, or both, which is useful when only one channel needs your attention.
Investigate cancellation clusters
Several cancellations on one SKU in a short period are a reason to check the listing, even if each one looks routine.

Only if you configure it that way. Order alerts support SKU filters, a fulfilment-channel filter, and a minimum item count, and the whole category can be switched off in Settings while keeping every other alert type on.
