Regional pricing
Subscription prices are set per store region rather than converted at checkout, so sellers in India, the UK, the EU, Japan and elsewhere are charged in local currency at local App Store rates. The $9.99 and $19.00 figures on this page are the US prices; the price shown above updates to your own region automatically.
Billing and cancellation
Billing runs through the App Store, not through us, so we never handle your card details. Both plans are monthly, and cancellation happens in your App Store subscription settings with no retention flow and nobody to email first.
Pricing questions
Everything on the plan is active. Connect your Amazon store and alerts start immediately, including a first reconciliation pass on Godown. You are not charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing.
Godown is a superset. Kirana watches your store - fees, Buy Box, listings, account health, orders. Godown adds the money layer: reimbursement recovery, held funds alerts, payout confirmations and profit margin alerts. Kirana is $9.99/month, Godown is $19/month.
Pricing is set per store region, so the App Store shows local pricing in your own currency rather than a converted dollar figure. The $9.99 and $19.00 figures are the US prices.

No. Every active listing across every marketplace in your authorised regions is monitored, on both plans. There is no per-ASIN or per-marketplace charge.

No. Godown is a flat $19/month whether you recover nothing or fifty thousand dollars. Managed recovery services typically charge around 25% of what they recover; the trade is that they file the claims and you do not.
